3. Current Weight: 175
4. Current Height: 5'5
5. BMI: 29
6. Ideal/Goal Weight: 120ish? I'm more into how I look than how much I weight. Example, I'm a size 12/14, and I'd love to be a 7/8. I want to be skinny, but I want to keep my curvy figure.
7. Are you apart of Weight Watchers/Jenny Craig/Etc.?: Nope
8. Do you track your diet online using a tool-site such as Sparkpeople.com?: Never heard of it >_>
9. What you hope to gain by joining FoodTrackers: I want some online buddies to root for me! All of my RL friends are guys and don't notice such things. >_>
10. Any further comments:

More of a question than a comment! Lately I've been really into fitness, and I'm lucky enough to have a BowFlex and Excerise Bike. So, I try to ride about two miles a day, and every three days or so I do some weight training on my BowFlex. (unfortunately, my power rods on my BowFlex are broken, so instead of lifting 30 I'm lifting like..15. >_>) I don't exactly eat full meals, but I do some massive snacking all day long. My favorite secret is making little serving-sized snacks of healthy cerals and carrying them with me, baby carrots, apple slices, and bananas. Now and then I splurge and gorge myself on carbohydrates (I love pasta o_o). I was wondering if what I'm doing thus far will help me loose weight, or if my grazing will just inhibit it from happening. I've a lot of weight to loose, and I want to make the best of it!

So, in the interest of swapping ideas and spurring a discussion, what are you favorite snacking/diet secrets?

Thanks! I've been trying to keep myself between 1200-1300 calories a day, because I learned in the beginning the hard way that restricting myself to an extremely low calorie diet and mixing it with over the counter diet supplements just seem to make it impossible to loose weight effectively.

I completely forgot about snackpacks! They're my hero when it comes to times when I'd kill for a cookie.
