This community is for people who are trying to lead a healthy lifestyle by losing weight in order to be healthy. If you're 123lbs, I think that you are already in a healthy place. You need to maintain your weight, not lose any.

For someone who is 5'3" and weighs 123lbs, your BMI is at 21.8. That is in the normal/healthy range. If you were to get down to 98lbs, your BMI would lower to 17.4, which is underweight and generally unsafe.

I don't think a few of us in this community want to help someone dip into unhealthy weight. It's not safe.
