What food is hardest to give up?

As I was making a sandwich tonight, I realized how my eating habits have changed over the last few months. So I was wondering what food or foods have others found difficulty in giving up since starting on a weight loss or healthier eating journey?
During the sandwich making it occurred to me that I used to need cheese on just about everything. I would even eat slices of cheese as a snack. However, now I don't miss the cheese and a spluge of it means grating a little bit of low-fat cheddar onto an occassional egg white omelet or fat free bean tacos.

i find it's hard for me to give up bad carbs - like potatoes, breads, pastas, etc. most of my calories are from breads!

also, i have a horrible soft spot for fried chicken :(

Im a vegetarian trying to go vegan. So the number one thing that was really hard for me to give up is cheese.
But ive recently read that sometimes the cows get so sick that they have pus in their milk and the dairy company doesnt care and sends it off anyways. OK, i really dont know if this is true, but it has seriously put me off anything that has egg and dairy in it.

That's the first I've ever heard that. I have a background in agriculture education and the dairy industry has really, really strict controls about their products.
